//Services

This is what actually builds.

Six things we build, all custom, all shipped into the systems you already run. Most engagements start with one and grow from there.

//A typical build

Blocks that read, reason and write, joined into a run your team can watch.

Every build is the same shape underneath: a trigger, the data it needs, a model doing the judgement, and an output into a tool you already use. What changes is which blocks, and where the person sits.

01

Workflow automation

Most of the hours in a business go on moving information between tools: a form to a spreadsheet, an email to a CRM, an invoice to the books. We map those paths and replace them with workflows that run on their own, with a human step only where a human decision matters.

Timeline First workflow live in a week or two. A full function in a month or two.

Includes

  • Process mapping and payback ranking
  • n8n, Make or custom code, whichever fits
  • Error handling, retries and alerts
  • Approval steps where they matter
  • Documentation your team can read

For example

  • Invoice intake to accounting

PDF arrives, line items extracted, matched to the PO, booked. One tap to approve over a threshold.

  • Client onboarding

Signed contract triggers the folder, the accounts, the welcome sequence and the kickoff booking.

  • Weekly reporting

Numbers pulled from five tools every Monday, written up and sent before anyone is in.

02

Custom AI agents

An agent is a workflow that can read, reason and write. We build them for specific jobs: qualifying leads, answering enquiries in any language, triaging an inbox, drafting the reply, keeping the CRM honest. Each one runs inside limits you set, and nothing sends without a person when that is what you want.

Timeline A working agent in two to three weeks, tuned over the month after.

Includes

  • Model choice per job: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, open models
  • Retrieval over your documents and data
  • Tool access: CRM, calendar, inbox, database
  • Guardrails, logging and evals
  • Human approval where it matters

For example

  • Lead handling

Every enquiry scored, enriched, answered in the buyer’s language and routed to the right person.

  • Support triage

Tickets classified, answered from the knowledge base, escalated with a summary when they need a human.

  • Research and drafting

Briefs turned into sourced drafts in the house voice, ready for an editor rather than a writer.

03

AI design and creative

Many years of design experience, and the last few spent building the pipelines that let a brand produce at volume without losing its look. Brand systems, then the generation and templating that turns one idea into every format, every channel, every week.

Timeline A brand system in three to four weeks. A creative pipeline in two to three.

Includes

  • Brand identity and design systems
  • Image and video generation pipelines
  • Templated ad and social creative per record
  • Product imagery and variations
  • Review and approval flows for creative

For example

  • Ads from the CRM

Every new listing or product gets its own graphics, video and copy generated the same morning.

  • Social content pipeline

Weekly brief to researched draft to rendered carousels, scheduled across channels.

  • Brand and site design

Identity, type, components and the site that carries them. Built in Figma, shipped in code.

04

Apps and websites

Products, not prototypes. We design and build the whole thing: the interface, the backend, the data, the deployment. Marketing sites, client portals, dashboards, SaaS products, mobile apps. Built with modern tooling and AI-assisted development, which is why the timelines are short and the invoices are not.

Timeline A site in two to four weeks. An app in one to three months.

Includes

  • Product design, UI and UX
  • Next.js, React, Supabase, Vercel
  • Auth, payments, email, integrations
  • Mobile with React Native or Expo
  • Hosting, monitoring and handover

For example

  • From concept to shipped app

An AI product taken from a first sketch to a live web app with the tooling to run it.

  • Marketing sites

Fast, well-typed, properly measured. The one you are reading is one of ours.

  • Client portals

Owners, customers or partners see their own numbers without anyone building a report.

05

Internal tools and dashboards

Every operation runs on a few spreadsheets and a tool that was never meant for the job. We replace them with internal tools built for exactly how your team works: one screen for the whole pipeline, a dashboard that reads from every system, an approval queue with one button. Small, fast and owned by you.

Timeline A first tool in two to three weeks.

Includes

  • Admin panels and operations consoles
  • Live dashboards over every system you run
  • Approval queues and review tools
  • Role-based access and audit logs
  • Connected to your CRM, ERP, books and inbox

For example

  • Operations console

One screen for the day: what is waiting, what is late, what needs a decision.

  • Owner and client dashboards

Reads from the CRM, the portals and the calendar. Updated every Monday, no agent hours.

  • Content and approval tools

A queue of drafts and creative, a tick or a note per item, published when approved.

06

Scrapers, monitors and data

If the information you need lives on someone else’s site, we collect it. Competitor prices, new listings, reviews, job posts, regulatory changes, market data. Collected on a schedule, cleaned, deduplicated, stored properly and delivered where it is useful: a dashboard, a Slack alert, a CRM field, a weekly digest.

Timeline A monitor in days. A data pipeline in two to three weeks.

Includes

  • Scheduled scraping with change detection
  • Monitoring and alerts on what moved
  • Cleaning, deduplication and enrichment
  • CRM and data sync between tools
  • Storage, pipelines and exports

For example

  • Competitor watch

Every price drop and new listing in your market flagged the hour it happens.

  • Web monitoring at scale

Always-on collectors feeding structured data into internal tools the team actually uses.

  • CRM that updates itself

Enrichment, deduplication and syncing between tools, from first enquiry to closed deal.

//How it runs

Map it, build it, ship it, then keep it running.

The same four steps whatever we are building. You see something working by the second one.

01

Map

We sit inside your real workflows and find where the hours go. Every candidate automation is ranked by payback, not by novelty.

Output
A ranked list and a quote for the first build

02

Build

Integrations, agents, tools, guardrails, and a human approval step where it matters. You see it running in days, not quarters.

Output
A working system in your own accounts

03

Ship

Deployed into your stack with monitoring, error handling and documentation. Your team owns it. Nothing we build is a black box.

Output
Handover, docs and the runbook

04

Run

We watch, tune and extend. Automations compound: every workflow we ship makes the next one cheaper and faster to build.

Output
A monthly review and the next build on the list
