The terms
for using this site.
These terms govern your use of this website and the private admin area behind it. They are short because the site is a website. Client work runs on its own signed agreement, not on this page.

Who we are
This site is operated by Spectral. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Spectral. “You” means whoever is using the site.
Accepting these terms
Using the site means you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
What this site is
It is a marketing site for an AI and automation studio, plus a private admin area we use to run our own operations.
Nothing on the public pages is a contractual offer, a quote, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us. Case studies and figures describe past work and are not a promise of the same result for you. Any engagement we take on is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins.
The private admin area
The admin area is internal tooling. Access is restricted to a fixed allowlist of addresses we maintain, and there is no public sign-up.
If you have been given access, it is personal to you: keep your Google account secure, do not share your session, and tell us at once if you think someone else has got in. We can withdraw access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
If you have not been given access, do not attempt to obtain it. Probing, scanning or trying to defeat the authentication is not permitted and may be a criminal offence.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights.
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- introduce malware, or anything else designed to harm the site or its users.
- scrape, mirror or systematically harvest the site, or run automated traffic at a volume that degrades it for others.
- send us anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or sent in bulk without invitation.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.
Intellectual property
The design, code, copy, marks and images on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Spectral name and logo are ours.
You may view the site, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, reuse our design or copy in your own commercial material, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you — not without written permission.
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback, we may use it freely and without owing you anything for it. Do not send us anything confidential through the contact form.
Third-party links and services
The site links out, and it runs on third-party providers. We do not control those sites or services, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms apply when you use them.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site up, correct and current, but we do not promise any of it. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with this site and these terms is limited to one hundred euros (€100).
This section is about the website. Liability for work we do for a client is set by that client’s agreement, and this limit does not apply to it.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the country in which Spectral is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, none of this removes the protection of any mandatory law of your own country of residence, or your right to bring a claim there.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
